Booking and cancellation
Bookings can be made online or by phone. Cancellation conditions vary depending on timing and group size (1-5 or 6+ participants); a deposit may be required, with the balance due on the day of the activity.
Health and safety recommendations
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or contraindications. Certain conditions may prevent participation for safety reasons. Guides may refuse access to the activity for the safety of the group.
Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or have a signed parental authorisation, depending on the activity.
Insurance and liability
Participants are covered by the activity’s civil liability insurance; personal belongings and valuables (e.g. lost items) remain the client’s own responsibility.
Image rights
Photos and videos may be taken during activities for promotional use, unless the client objects in writing.
Disputes
In case of disagreement, an amicable solution is sought first; a consumer mediator can be contacted if needed, in accordance with French law.
