What level of fitness do you need?
- Be comfortable in water and able to swim
- Have good stamina: sport routes last between 3 and 6 hours
- Be able to climb, rappel and jump
- No need to be an athlete, but you should enjoy being active

Equipment provided by Mon Canyon
For every trip, we provide:
- Certified helmet
- Harness and lanyard
- Neoprene wetsuit suited to water temperature
- Waterproof bag for personal belongings
All equipment is checked and disinfected after every trip.
What you need to bring
- Closed sport shoes, trail or hiking type
- Swimsuit
- Towel and a change of clothes
- Water bottle and a small snack
Avoid sandals, flip-flops or slippery trainers: good grip is essential on wet rocks.

- Arrive rested and well hydrated
- Listen to your guide’s instructions, especially for jumps
- Never force yourself if you don’t feel comfortable: there’s always an alternative
