Booking and payment
How do I book a tour?
Booking is done directly online from each activity’s page, or by phone. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance paid on the day of the tour.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are detailed in our terms of sale and internal rules.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, a gift voucher valid for all our tours can be purchased. Contact us to arrange one.
Weather and safety
What happens in bad weather?
Our clients’ safety is our priority. If weather or water-level conditions are incompatible with the tour (heavy rain, flooding), it may be postponed or cancelled by our guides. You will be notified as soon as possible.
Is canyoning a dangerous sport?
Like any outdoor activity, canyoning carries some risk, which is managed and reduced by the presence of a certified guide, professional equipment (wetsuit, helmet, harness) and a safety briefing before every tour.
Level, age and fitness
Which level should I choose for my first time?
For a first experience, our green (family) or blue (discovery) level tours are best suited. Level details are explained on our canyoning levels page.
Is there a minimum age?
The minimum age depends on the tour level: from 6 years old for our family tours (green level), 8 to 12 for discovery tours (blue level), and 16 for our sporty tours (red level). Details are shown on each activity page.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?
Being able to swim is required for almost all of our tours. Only certain family tours with close supervision allow the participation of children who cannot yet swim, under the guide’s direct responsibility.
Practical information
What equipment is provided?
Full technical equipment (wetsuit, helmet, harness, lanyards, descender) plus supervision by a certified guide are included. Bring a swimsuit, a towel and closed shoes that can get wet.
Do you organise tours for groups, birthdays or hen/stag parties?
